The webshop sells products to adults, over 18 years old persons. The product prices include tax 24%, or some items 10% . We reserve the right to make changes in prices and costs for delivery. Customers must hold a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of the online store to place orders in the online store. For example PO box addresses, hotels and other similar temporary addresses are not regarded as permanent addresses. If you wish a delivery to such an address, please contact us beforehand, so that we can make sure that such a delivery can be made.
Product orders are made in the online store by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart and making the respective payment in the checkout. All personal information is processed confidentially. If nothing else is mentioned, the contact information requested during the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online shop, you, the customer, are required to read and commit to the delivery terms valid at the time.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if there has been an obvious mistake made in the pricing (for example the price has been considerably lower or higher, or it has been 0 €). In this case we will contact you as soon as the faulty price is discovered.

Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Confirmation of order and delivery
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation with the information of your order. Always check the information in your order confirmation email. If you have any questions, contact our customer service without delay. Save the confirmation email if you need to contact our customer service. When you contact the customer service, keep your possible customer number and order number available. Upon the arrival of your order, always check that the products in the package matches the products on your order confirmation.

Shipping and handling
All costs of delivery of products ordered in the webshop are inclusive of postage and packaging costs. In the product basket we show you an approximated cost of delivery according to the shipping method used in first hand. The exact delivery costs you will get when you choose the payment method and way of delivery. The shipping methods available depend on the products in the shopping cart and on the total weight of the order. You can choose the way of delivery that suits your best, and to which the exact costs have been calculated at checkout.
We strive to have your products packed and ready for shipping within 1-2 days for products in stock. Notice however that if you order personalized products, painted with your chosen name, the delivery time can be 4-5 days. If any delays occur after the order has been placed, we will also let you know as soon as we are aware of the delay.
The general delivery time of your order depends on the order and way of shipping. We have informed of any possible deviation in the delivery time, if there is in the shopping cart products that are not in stock, and we will also contact you as soon as we know of any possible delay after you have placed your order.
We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, or indirect inconvenience caused by these delays. The webshop is also notifying on site about any deviated delivery time.
If you choose the pick-up option, we will send you a email or text message when the order is ready to pick up. the locations for pick-up are:

Return and refund
Our products have a 14 days return and change policy. This 14 day limit for the cancellation starts from when you receive the package, and within this time you shall have contacted us regarding the return or change.
BE AWARE! This does not apply to personalised products that the customer has chosen, as products with painted names on them, these products can not be changed or returned. Be extra careful that the name or names you write in the box/field for additional information, where you are supposed to add information regarding your personalized products, are written right, they will be painted as they are written there.
The costs of a return or change, are to be paid by the customer. The price is the price for shipping the package back to us, notice that this cost may be higher than the original shipping cost.
If you wish to change or return products, do this:
- 1. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com and tell us which product you would like to change, and which one you would like to receive instead, or if you would like to return the product and would like a refund. It is important that we receive this information as soon as possible, so that we can return your payment without delay (credit card/invoice). When we have responded to your email, you can proceed to return the product.
- 2. Make sure the product is in good condition (we refund only products that we are able to sell), pack it carefully, preferably in its original packaging and send it to us, preferably through the same shipping method that you chose when you placed your original order. Pay the shipping and send a picture of your receipt to our email. The shipping costs can be higher than the shipping costs when you ordered from us. We can assist you with finding the best alternative if you email us.

- 3. We will return the price that you have payed for the product/products if you choose the refund, we strive to do it without delay, but at most within 14 days of the time the return arrives to us. We will keep the right to check the condition of the returned product before we return the payment. Orders that are payed trough creditcard or online bank, will be returned to your bank account, so remember to give us your bank details when you send the receipt to us. Products that have been ordered to pay by invoice, we in first hand handle through the invoice.
If we have agreed to change your product to another, we will right away send you the new product when the other arrives to us.
Failing to redeem does not mean returning or cancellation. For an unredeemed package that has been returned to the sender, we’ll charge the delivery cost that will be caused by the return shipping.
Should a product get lost or damaged during the delivery or it’s in other ways not what you ordered, you need to notify us of the fault within 7 days. Notify us by email or by calling us, you can find the contact information from the return policy part or in our contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during the delivery, you need to immediately file a complaint with the delivery company of your chosen method of shipment. Please note that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the ordered products when the product has been delivered to you.

Not all countries are added to our shipping options, if you wish to make an order, contact us, then we will be happy to help you.
If you wish to place an order from outside the European Union, please note that our prices are in Euros. To order, please choose products of your interest and contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the products you would like to order. We will then send you an invoice and inform you of the delivery options. Outside European Union duties and taxes may apply to your order and will be confirmed to you before confirmation of the order.
