14-day right of withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have the right under consumer protection legislation to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by filling in the form below or contacting us by email at [email protected]
Return conditions
For a return to be approved:
- The product must be unused and in substantially unchanged condition.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Any seals must be unbroken.
- The return must be sent within a reasonable time after you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend keeping the receipt or tracking number until the return has been received by us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the value of the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the return has been received and approved.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
